LEAN MANUFACTURING/OPERATIONAL EXCHALLENGE

Through a radical simplification of the processes, it is possible to stimulate a more active contribution of people, promoting an integrated use of technology and human resources.
The understanding of processes and the systematic application of lean methodologies direct people towards behaviors that favor integration, proactivity, and creativity.
The purpose of the course is to provide participants with the theoretical and practical knowledge of the role of Operations within the business strategy, identifying and managing a series of tools appropriate to operational decisions (forecasting, planning, and control).
These issues will also be dealt with in the frame defined OMBOK (Operations Management Body of Knowledge) of APICS (The Association for Operations Management).
The understanding of the processes and the systematic application of the Project Management methodologies allow to deepen and structure their knowledge on project management, reducing management costs and maximizing their effectiveness.
The aim of the course is to provide the participants with the theoretical and practical knowledge of Project Management as an indispensable management tool for companies operating by job orders.
These issues will be dealt with in the framework defined by the PMBOK (Project Management Body of Knowledge) of the PMI (Project Management Institute).
